Quality comes first, every time and all the time
In our industry, the products and services we provide must be right first time. Whether it’s a full system assembly or a single component, our responsibility is to deliver exactly what you want, exactly when you want it.
It’s also our responsibility to comply with all relevant industry guidelines. Whether you operate in the medical, energy, aerospace or nuclear sectors, we have the management systems and the experience to deliver fully compliant projects.
Working routinely in partnership with some of the world’s biggest enterprises, we have to be highly systemised and so operate to strict quality (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001) systems. These are regularly audited not only by BSI but also by customers who may require a secondary level of compliance.
The requirement might be for full material and manufacturing traceability, the handling, protection and identification of raw
materials, document control, non-conformance control, working procedures, inspection reports or performance testing. Our project teams can deliver whatever is needed.
Further quality assurance is provided by the skill of our engineers, who can look at any machined component and assess its condition against criteria that develop only with experience. This human appreciation of component performance often allows us to suggest quality or cost improvements that more formal quality systems would miss.
We also invest continuously in quality improvement. For example, we have recently built air-conditioned clean-rooms and installed two Mitutoyo Co-ordinate Measuring Machines. This has enhanced our existing inspection expertise, enabling us to increase throughput and reduce costs to you.
